Black Action Fund builds Black economic power by electing candidates committed to advancing work, wages, and wealth across the Black community. Through strategic political engagement, we support leaders who are committed to dismantling systemic barriers and advancing inclusive economic growth for Black Americans — and all Americans.

Black Action Fund is the political action committee (PAC) affiliated with the Black Economic Alliance. We exist to translate economic priorities into political power by endorsing and supporting candidates who are aligned with our vision for Black economic advancement.
Our focus is clear: We back leaders of all backgrounds who are serious about delivering results on jobs, fair wages, access to capital, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth in the Black community. Guided by data, driven by values, and powered by a coalition of business leaders, advocates, and everyday citizens, we aim to reshape the political system to deliver greater prosperity for the Black community – and the entire U.S. economy.
